American Family Insurance Amphitheater with Seat Numbers
The standard sports stadium is set up so that seat number 1 is closer to the preceding section. For example seat 1 in section "5" would be on the aisle next to section "4" and the highest seat number in section "5" would be on the aisle next to section "6". For theaters and amphitheaters (i.e. venues that don't have sections around the entire stage) seat numbers follow a different logic. Instead the lower numbered seats are typically closer to the center of the stage while higher seat numbers are further from the center of the stage.
American Family Insurance Amphitheater Ticket Policy
Sellers must disclose all information that is listed on their tickets. For example, obstructed view seats at American Family Insurance Amphitheater would be listed for the buyer to consider (or review) prior to purchase. These notes include information regarding if the American Family Insurance Amphitheater seat view is a limited view, side view, obstructed view or anything else pertinent.
American Family Insurance Amphitheater is a large music venue with multiple levels of seating. When looking for tickets there are two main options: reserved seating and the general admission lawn. Reserved Seats All numbered sections have assigned seating. Tickets in these sections are best for those who want closer views and prefer having an assigned seat. Lawn Seating Head-on to the Stage: Seats directly across from the stage, like those in
Section 2, Section 3, Section 4 and
Section 102 provide the most comfortable looks of the performance. Even upper level sections offer unobstructed sitelines. Just keep in mind that you won't be able to see as much detail from these seats as you would if you sat closer to the stage. Sections 301-314 at American Insurance Amphitheater are bleacher seats
with a back. Sitting here is a compromise between the Lawn and the closer 100 and 200 levels. Reserved SeatingSeating Overview
Best Concert Seats
Bleacher-Back Seats
The benefit of the 300 level over the lawn is that seats in these sections are reserved. There is no reason to arrive early to claim your spot since your ticket will have an assigned row and seat number.
Seats in this area are long benches with back support instead of separated, individual seats. Seat numbers will be printed on the bench representing the space to sit or stand during the concert.
Uncovered
Unlike the closer 100 and 200 level reserved seats, the 300 level is uncovered from the pavilion roof. This leaves fans exposed to the weather on the night of a concert.

Other Popular Seating Areas
100 Level Center Seating
The 100 Level Center seats at American Family Insurance Amphitheater are located directly behind the Floor sections. Each section consists of 23 rows of seating and all seats will have the roof overhead to provide cover.
For the best head-on view we recommend sitting in section 103, but sections 102 and 104 offer good viewing angles just off the side.
100 Level Corner Seating
The 100 Level Corner seats offer fans a unique corner view of the stage. While the view is not terrible, given that fans will still be close to the stage, the 100 Level Center seats offer a more desirable view. The 100 Level Corner seats consist of 21 rows of seating, and fans will have the overhead protection of the amphitheater roof.
200 Level Center Seating
The 200 Level Center is right behind the 100 Level and consists of 2 sections. Each section will have at 25 rows of seating, and in the 200 level is when you start to see yourself moving further away from the stage. However, these seats are a lot more affordable than the Floor and 100 Level seats. Sections 205 and 206 will have the best head-on view of the stage, but the Mix setup will be in the front of these sections, so that is something to keep in mind.
200 Level Corner Seating
The 200 Level Corner sections make up one of the largest seating areas at American Family Insurance Amphitheater. Each section consists of at least 24 rows of seating, and fans will start noticing the distance from the stage on this level. If you are looking to get close to a head-on view of the stage, we recommend looking for seating in sections 204 and 207.
300 Level Center Seating
The 300 Level Center at American Family Insurance Amphitheater are some of the largest seating areas at the amphitheater, with each section having 29 rows of seating. These seats are further back from the stage, and the sight lines aren't as good as the closer sections. For the best head-on seating views we recommend sitting in section 308, but sections 307 and 309 offer a favorable view as well.
300 Level Corner Seating
At American Family Insurance Amphitheater the biggest reserved seating sections are going to be found in the 300 Level Corner. This seating area consists of 11 sections and each section has at least 27 rows of seating. Sections 301 and 314 are in the far corners and don't offer the greatest view of the stage. Instead we recommend sitting in sections 306 and 310 as these are closer to the 300 Level Center sections.
Floor Center Seating
Floor Center seats are home to the best views for a reserved seating area, located close to the stage and with no viewing obstructions to deal with. Each section consists of at least 16 rows, with the middle section 3 having the most with 19 rows. For the best head-on views of the stage we recommend sitting in section 3.
All seats in the Floor Center area will be covered by the amphitheatre roof.
Floor Corner Seating
The Floor Corner seats at American Family Insurance Amphitheater will get you very close to the stage. These reserved sections consist of at least 9 rows of seating, and are some of the most expensive seats at the amphitheater. However, they are still more affordable than the Floor Center sections, but guests will no have that great head-on view of the stage. With that said, the view from the corner sections won't be terrible, especially since the sections are so close to the stage.
