I am currently a junior at CSULA. Although my time on campus has been limited due to COVID-19, I got a pretty good sense about the campus and the environments there. The clubs are super welcoming, the food options are great, & the EOP (equal opportunities program) is an AMAZING program that I feel super grateful to be a part of. They’ve made my college experience so much easier! Overall CSULA is a really easy going college campus that isn’t too stressful , but maintains its 4 year responsibilities in student development.

Start Your Review of California State University - Los Angeles

My time here at CSULA has been good! Nothing special which is why I’m a bit bummed about campus life. I feel as if since its a commuter school, nothing really happens here. Just school and home. When college should be more than that! A place to find yourself and discover new things. CSULA maybe isn’t the best place for that besides education.

Something I like about CSLA is how accepting to low-income first-generation students and affordable tuition. Something I would like to see change is appropriate funding for resources that would benefit students, not faculty or staff since we are here to support THE STUDENTS!

What GPA do you need to transfer to Csula?

Have a minimum, overall college GPA of 2.00 or higher in all transferable college coursework attempted. Be in good standing at the last college or university attended in a regular session.
