With affordable prices and more than 1,200 stores across the United States, Old Navy is a favorite shopping destination. The company also has branded credit cards that offer generous rewards: the Old Navy Card and the Old Navy Visa Card from Synchrony Bank or the newer Navyist Rewards credit card or Navyist Rewards Mastercard, issued by Barclays.

You can use any of the Old Navy cards in all Gap Inc. stores, including Gap, Banana Republic and Athleta. The Old Navy Visa credit card also works anywhere that accepts Visa payments, and the Navyist Rewards Mastercard works anywhere that accepts Mastercard. Cardholders of any card earn points for purchases and can redeem those points for rewards that work like cash on future purchases. The cards have no annual fee and give cardholders early access to sales and exclusive offers.

To enjoy these perks, you need to keep your account current by paying the bill on time. There are plenty of ways to make an Old Navy credit card payment. Here’s everything you need to know.

How Can I Pay My Old Navy Credit Card?

Old Navy offers cardholders the option to make an online payment through the store’s online portal. You can also make a payment by mail or by phone.

Old Navy stores are not able to accept payments in person.

Make an Old Navy Credit Card Payment Online

Depending on whether you have one of the older cards from Synchrony Bank or the newer cards from Barclays, you’ll need to go about making your payment online a little differently.

Synchrony Cards

Before making your first online payment, register for online access. You’ll need to give your account number and ZIP code to start the process. After registering your account, here’s how to make a payment.

Paying Online With Synchrony

1. Go to the Old Navy cardholder account services login page and log in with your username and password.
2. Have your bank account number and the ABA routing number ready to pay your bill.
3. Click on “Make a Payment” from the “Payments” menu.
4. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Note: If your Synchrony login doesn’t work, your card may have been transitioned to Barclays. In that case, you’ll need to follow the steps for a Barclays card to make a payment online.

Make a Payment Without Logging In to Your Old Navy Credit Card Account

You can also pay your bill as a guest if you don’t have your login information. Here’s how:

1. At the top of the Old Navy cardholder account services login page, click “Pay as Guest.”
2. Enter your full card number along with the last four numbers of your Social Security number and your billing ZIP code.
3. Follow the prompts on the screen to complete the payment using your bank account.

Barclays Cards

Similarly to the Synchrony cards, you’ll need to register your Barclays card online before you can make a payment on it. You can do that through the card login page by clicking “Set up online account” and entering the last four digits of your Social Security number, your account number and your occupation. After you’ve registered your card, follow these steps to make a payment.

Paying Online With Barclays

1. Enter your username and password on the login page and click “Log In.”
2. Follow the prompts to make a payment.

You can select “Remember username” before you log in to make the process a little easier next time, if you choose.

Make an Old Navy Credit Card Payment by Mail

To make an Old Navy credit card payment by mail, you need a check or money order. Mail the payment along with your account number to the address associated with the card, which varies depending on which card you currently have.

Barclays Cards

There are a few payment addresses for Navyist Rewards cards or Mastercards from Barclays, so it’s best to verify the address on your credit card statement to be sure you have the right one and avoid any delays in processing your payment.

For regular payments, there are two address options:

Overnight payments need to be send to a different address — there are also two options, both of which require specific envelopes and labels from UPS, Mail Boxes Etc., Fedex or U.S. Mail.

Make an Old Navy Credit Card Payment by Phone

Both Synchrony Bank and Barclays accept Old Navy credit card payments by phone.

Synchrony Cards

For the Old Navy Card and the Old Navy Visa Card from Synchrony, call 866-450-5295 and use the automated system to complete the payment or transfer to a live representative. A fee may apply when completing a payment via live assistance or requesting an expedited phone payment.

Barclays Cards

If you have one of the newer Navyist Rewards credit cards or Navyist Rewards Mastercards from Barclays, you can call 866-621-0532 to make your payment. Make sure you have your card account number and payment information on hand.

Can You Make an Old Navy Credit Card Payment in the Store?

No, you cannot make in-store Old Navy credit card payments. Stores also do not provide envelopes or other assistance for making credit card payments.

What To Do If Your Old Navy Credit Card Payment Is Late

You can use any of the Old Navy bill pay options to make a late payment. To avoid paying a late payment fee on an Old Navy card from Synchrony, the minimum payment is due by 5 p.m. EST on the due date included on your statement. Payments received after 5 p.m. will not be credited until the next day.

A late fee of $27 will be charged if you have not had any late payments within the past six billing cycles, and a late fee of $37 will be charged if you have had a late payment within the past six billing cycles. The late fee will never exceed your minimum payment that was due, however.

For Barclays Old Navy cards, the late fee can be up to $41, or up to $15 for Iowa residents.
