When we asked the front desk clerk if we could speak to a manager, his response was, "I'll get a manager for you if want, but they're not going to work with you." Talk about bad customer service. In the end, they put us in a 2-bedroom villa and we had argue back and forth with the manager not to charge us the 3-bedroom villa rate. They kept saying it was already like that in the system and they were unable to change it. Needless to say, we stayed for only one night instead of three and found another property for our needs. If you don't mind being treated like a business is doing YOU a favor instead of the other way around, this hotel might be a nice place to stay at.

The ocean view from our suite was absolutely beautiful! The service was good, food was good and staff was friendly. My only complaint was the size of the bathroom. For a suite, the bathroom was extremely small - very narrow, small shower and very small vanity with little counter space. Overall a great vacation!
