Cons:The parking is free, but a bit tight, however the staff has backup plan that works well, so no major issue at all.

Your staff at Minola Drive are package thieves. Had a Micheal kors bag delivered. It was signed for by your staff. Your supervisor insulted me, embarrassed me.... And when I demanded the manager... She went and found the package within minutes. It was truly disturbing.

This property was near the airport for our very early morning flight and the room had enough beds for our family of 5. Staff was friendly. However I wouldn’t stay here again. The room was disappointing with nothing that worked in the room. Tv, clock, and shower didn’t work. We brought this to staff’s attention without any help offered. The pool area was very dirty, pool water was ice cold and lounge chairs were all broken and dingy brown color. Definitely not a room worth the price.

Staff was incredible and accommodating! We got there incredibly early with 5 kids ranging from 15-2 and they quickly got us checked in early, no questions asked… great breakfast bar as well!

As most of others have pointed out, it is very close to airport. From my room on 5th floor room i could closely see the airport and flights taking off. It has some restaurants nearby in walking distance. Breakfast was good with waffles eggs sausage, kind of expected with this range of hotels. Overall, no complaints, we had a neat stay, i would recommend anyone.

Ease of getting a snack later evening. Breakfast was good. Negative is hotel shares shuttle. Full before getting to our hotel and staff could careless whether we got to airport. In fact, staff refused to come out of back room to discuss lack of an airport shuttle. Had to get our own Lyft to the airport. Then I received a $2 fee charged to my card and have no idea what that was for. Will think twice before staying there again.
