"Great hotel but room was right next to maintenance closet and was terribly loud." Overall Score3.0/ 5 Our room was nice but it was right next door to the closet where I guess you keep all of the cleaning supplies. The doors started banging early every morning and couldn't sleep. The toilet also didn't work. We asked that it get fixed. They did send someone, but it wasn't fixed. Just wish they would have put us in a different room. Don't think the hotel was full. "Disappointing" Overall Score1.0/ 5 I had booked the room through a "weddingwire" website and it gave the incorrect date, should have booked Friday, 6/28th. Instead weddingwire misbooked for 4/19/2019??? I did not stay at the hotel on 4/19th and would like to be refunded or credit torwards future booking! I phoned upon receiving "request for a review" realizing a mistake had been made and explained the scenario above and basically was disregarded. "Gave our room away." Overall Score5.0/ 5 My tech had to work later then we thought and didn't get to the motel until 4am when he went to the desk to check in they told him that they had given his room away but they gave him a beautiful suite that looked like an apartment instead of a motel room.
