Great location for the price. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly. Cons:The hotel was not clean. Room was filthy, from floors to ceiling. The sheets and soap were not changed from the previous patron. The room was highly disappointing. For the price and the name of the hotel, I expected WAY better. Pros:Everyone is not a dog person.. Don't get me wrong I am an animal lover just not in my house they had the entire hotel smelly Pros:I liked the professionalism of the staff. Cons:I still have not received the money that should have been credited back to my debit card. Pros:From the moment we walked in the door we felt safe and clean. Adam and Brittany at the front desk were so sweet. They let us check in two hours early. The hotel is clean, safe, closer to everything, and a short drive to downtown. The room was immaculate. I was able to rest easy knowing I was laying my head down on a clean bed and clean pillows/sheets. The bathroom is large and was very clean. Love that the room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in total darkness! Cons:The only thing I would change would be to have the breakfast as complimentary. Cons:Stains everywhere: on the towels, carpet. Hair on the drain in the shower. LOUD bass/music playing until after 10PM coming from the bar.
