I asked for a different room and was immediately moved to a much better room.

Restaurant had few good meal options. Customer service in the restaurant wasn't good. They didn't clean the tables after other guests used [Link Redacted] don't tell guests that they have to call the hotel when they arrive so that the bus will pick them up.

Room was large and clean. Pool area nice.

Elevator is very slow and we could hear it in our room at the farthest end of hall on forth floor. Road behind pool very noisy, but did not hear in the room.
