What does your skin look like after laser resurfacing?

Immediately after treatment, your skin will be red and feel sensitive and sunburned. Redness, swelling, itching or stinging may last for a few days. Depending on the treatment, skin may even appear raw, ooze a yellow liquid and even blister.

How long does it take to recover from fractional laser?

Fractional lasers apply thousands of small lights beams to one skin portion at a time. You can expect to recover from fractional laser resurfacing in about a week or two.

How long after laser resurfacing do you see results?

How long does it take to see results from laser skin resurfacing? Although you can see improvement in the texture and tone of the skin within the first week, it will take approximately 3 months for the final results to be apparent.

What does your face look like after Fraxel laser?

Immediately following your Fraxel laser treatment, you will likely experience hotness, redness, and swelling that resembles a sunburn. This is because the lasers have a similar effect on your skin to the sun's rays, but the most significant irritation usually does not last very long.
