Cons:The breakfast wasn't as good as the location in Bowling Green. The bacon and eggs were cold. My husband ordered at the same time and received his food when we were finishing up. Pros:Hilton Garden Inns nationwide are consistently awesome! Pros:Antonio at the front desk was very professional and very helpful. I had speedy check-in and check-out service. The hotel is right across the street from The Patterson house which had good appetizers and cocktails. The sorrounding area had plenty of dining options. I would definitely stay here again. Pros:The staff was super fun and interactive. Pros:Easy access to stadium for the game Cons:My bed didn't work Pros:The staff is nice, the rooms are really comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and when I arrive late the staff provided me with go to menus so I could order food because room service was closed Cons:When I arrived a certain person was checking me in and I had reserved a room with a king bed and a whirlpool, as I was checking and there was a gentleman next to me and a gentleman who was checking that person in and they gave my room to him even though he did not have reservations. The woman who checked me and made it up by give me free breakfast every morning but still if I had these reservations at least a week or two in advance why would the front desk guy give my room away as there were any other rooms with the whirlpool available. This was my only negative about the stay and my suggestion is for the front Dess to check all avenues before giving away rooms especially for individuals who have reserve them in advance and not to people who come and stay on a regular basis and check in ad hoc versus people like me who need to make reservations because I was coming from California Pros:Staff was super nice. Room was moderate size but fresh and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Overall good value in a town that tends to be fairly expensive for accommodations anywhere near the middle of things. The West End is just a great place to stay. This hotel is sort of on the edge of it but there is a lot in a short walking distance and the hotel offers a free shuttle. Cons:Not a thing to complain about! Pros:Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful--went out of their way to make our anniversary special. The hotel shuttle was a great resource to get around town. Location is convenient to everything and costs half as much as boutique hotels 2 blocks away. Cons:Housekeeping wasnt particularly attentive--our rooms didnt always get completely freshened up from day to day, but it wasnt a huge deal for us. 1715 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203
