The hotel offers 282 guest rooms neatly tucked along the narrow hallways of the building's 36 floors. Unlike the lobby and restaurant, which are warm and inviting, the rooms are bland and cold in their design -- somewhat of a disappointment considering the hotel's colorful location. The main piece of furniture is a cohesive dark brown wood unit that incorporates the desk with ergonomic chair (a nice splurge), TV, and armoires, which take the place of closets and offer just enough room to hang a coat and a couple of out-on-the-town outfits. The nightstands by the bed blend are attached to the headboard panel. Modern amenities are impressive for this caliber of hotel, and include 50-inch flat-screen TVs (possibly the largest we've seen at a mid-range property), Keurig coffeemakers, mini-refrigerators, microwaves, adjustable lighting, and Wi-Fi with secure remote printing to the hotel’s business center. Bathrooms are awash in neutral tile and stone countertops with glass shelving to display and store toiletries, plenty of white towels, and Neutrogena bath products. Large vanities offer storage below and glass enclosed showers are large enough to turn around, with bathrooms in some of the corner rooms offering voyeuristic-worthy windows that look out to Times Square. All of the rooms have large, floor-to-ceiling windows framed in silvery steel. Some, especially those on the corners of the building, feature fabulous city skyline or Times Square views (including views of the New Year’s Eve festivities and midnight ball drop).

was a very average stay. The entire street (as is NYC) under construction. It was clean/comfortable. When I checked in, I wasn't told there was a gym or a place for breakfast (I had originally assumed there would be, but when I arrived, there was just giant carts of Laundry shutes all over the lobby and the person checking me in did not tell me. When I left for my meeting, I saw that a room opened up with breakfast. Overall, that was a minor issue and was close to my business activities as well
as Times Square. It just matched the hecticness of NYC instead of providing solace from it. I would stay here again. Hilton experience, only in price. The room was OK, there was a leaking from the sink above in our bathroom, the AC was noisy, the hairdryer extremely noisy. There was not even water or glass in the room or lobby. We ordered a taxi from the front desk to go back to the airport and they call a taxi with no taxi registration, that overcharged us more than $30 comparing with a Lyst or Uber and the driver was texting while driving...in Manhattan, very unprofessional driver. We arrived very late and was greeted by two very friendly and helpful persons. They were very informative about the hotel and offered the hotel’s assistance in whatever we needed. We were going to be checking out the next day but in need of a place to store our luggage until we could reclaim them. They were able to store our luggage which we picked up early evening that day. The hotel is just a couple blocks from the Rockefeller, a couple more
