How to book
Making your reservation in Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix North Happy Valley is easy and secure. Simply select your dates of stay and click on the “Check Rates” button to submit the form.After room types and rates are returned to your screen, you will be able to choose the rate you desire by reading the room information in the center of the screen, then clicking on the "Book Now" button on the right side of the screen. After you have selected your desired room type, you will be taken to a "Complete your booking" form. Then you will need to review the "Details of your stay" and fill in the blanks on the "Guest Details" section. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly.
After you fill out all of the needed information, press the "Complete reservation" button. To ensure your security, we use a secure commerce server, which encrypts the credit card number and encodes it into a non-usable form.

The all of the staff members were professional and very pleasant. The evening dining was not great. The food was bland and not very tasty. I ordered a steak and it was terrible so much so that I couldn't eat it. The soup was cold and tasteless. We left and went to IHOP.

Hotel staff was AMAZING! We were going to have to be checking in at 12am (way after check in time). I called the hotel and I believe Lando was his name stated that would be perfectly fine. Finally made it to the hotel & he greeted us with a smile and enthusiasm! Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. Called front desk in the morning to confirm check out time and i'm sad I didn't get her name but she was super sweet and friendly as well. Will definitely be staying here again.

Nina at the front, and the other young ladies are absolutely amazing!! Ericka behind the bar is a respectful, hardworking woman who deserve a huge raise!
