   The many people working hard to do the right things; benefits and salary are good

   Executive infighting, lack of operations infrastructure (and no investments to make it right), wasting money on projects long after it's clear they have failed to meet expectations, lack of respect for the skills/experience/effort you bring to the table, micromanagement, encouraging an environment where it's everyone for themselves, conducting a RIF and a "voluntary retirement program" with absolutely no plan as to where the work goes when the people leave, being required to reduce quality achievement thresholds so that execs can get LTIP bonuses, and bosses who completely discount you in front of other leaders or external partners.
