How much is a 2022 mazda 3 worth

The 2022 Mazda3 is available in eight trim levels: 2.0, 2.5 S, Select, Preferred, Carbon Edition, Premium, 2.5 Turbo, and 2.5 Turbo Premium Plus. All are available as a sedan or hatchback, except for the base 2.0, which is a sedan only. The Preferred is the most popular trim, but we recommend the 2.5 Turbo. We'll explain why.

2.0

The entry-level 2.0 model starts at $21,815 (with a $1,015 destination fee). Standard features include 16-inch wheels, 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, six-speed automatic transmission, front-wheel drive, cloth seats, an 8.8-inch infotainment display screen, an eight-speaker audio system, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, lane-departure warning, cruise control with stop-and-go, and driver attention alert. Options include illuminated sill plates, wireless charging, a frameless auto-dimming rearview mirror, and navigation.

2.5 S

Priced from $22,765, the 2.5 S gets a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. It otherwise mirrors the 2.0 trim's equipment list.

Select

The Select at $24,115 adds 18-inch wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, a rear center armrest with cupholders, synthetic-leather seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear selector, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert.

Preferred

Priced from $25,765, the Preferred is equipped with an eight-way power-adjustable driver's seat with lumbar support, heated front seats, and a power moonroof. Options include all-wheel drive.

Carbon Edition

This special edition is priced from $27,415. It has standard Polymetal Gray Metallic paint, gloss-black wheels and side mirrors, a red leather interior, a 12-speaker Bose audio system, and aluminum speaker grilles.

Premium

The Premium at $28,365 comes with a standard roof-mounted shark fin antenna, a 12-speaker premium Bose audio system, navigation, aluminum speaker grilles, leather seats, traffic sign recognition, a head-up display, and adaptive front lighting. Options include all-wheel drive. As a hatchback, this trim offers the option for a six-speed manual transmission with front-wheel drive only.

2.5 Turbo

Priced from $31,565, the 2.5 Turbo gets the 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with all-wheel drive. It also has standard synthetic-leather seats, a heated steering wheel, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. This trim is our pick of the lineup for the more powerful turbocharged engine. It makes the Mazda3 truly sporty with aggressive acceleration to match its impressive handling.

2.5 Turbo Premium Plus

The Turbo Premium Plus comes in at $34,115. It adds a black rear lip spoiler, perforated leather-trimmed seats, rear automatic braking, traffic jam assist, and a 360-degree surround-view camera.
