No need to open the app or even unlock your device to make a payment — just tap your phone on the mobile pay location on the turnstile or ticket validator and go. Simply set one of your payment cards in Samsung Pay as your default transit payment method and you’re on your way.

To pay at a transit operator that does not support Tap & Pay, use Samsung Pay as usual — just swipe up on your device to select your payment card, authenticate yourself with your fingerprint or PIN and then tap your device on top of the ticket validator.

At the top, tap the card that you want to use. You may need to swipe to find it..

Check the message above your card: 'Hold to reader' . Your card is ready to tap and pay. 'Card not set up' ..

Why cant I use Google Pay on my Samsung phone?

Your phone isn't certified or doesn't meet security requirements. Check if your software is Play Protect certified. If you were previously able to make contactless payments with Google Pay but no longer can, reach out to your device manufacturer. There might have been a device software update that impacts functionality ...

Is Google Pay compatible with Samsung?

Does Google Pay™ work with Samsung devices? Yes, but only supported devices can run both Google Pay and Samsung Pay wallets. If your device is not supported, you'll need to download the Google Pay app and add your Suncorp Visa Debit card to the wallet.
