Seriously a great hotel

The hotel is great . Really the staff was very helpful and sweet. The hotels appearance is nice. The hotel looks like it is well taken care of , and the fence around the property is a great added security and comfort. The rooms are large and clean . I have been here on business for the last couple weeks and will definitely be coming back next week!

Dilapidated and dirty, but general manager is paying for positive reviews

This property is in horrible shape, but the general manager is offering $20 credits for good reviews, so beware of anything positive you read. Some details: Carpets are stained and fraying. Wallpaper is scuffed and peeling. The shower was stained and missing a drain plug. The counter around my sink had hair and gunk on it as well as stains, and the drain was partially clogged. There were holes in the top of my dresser. The wall thermostat was broken. A light in the elevator was out. Breakfast was the bare minimum, and for those that care about the coffee, it was pretty weak. The airport shuttle van was on its last legs. I feel taken for having booked a room there based on the average rating.

Everything was fine except the breakfast, location not far from the airport, calm, clean rooms, swimming pool and gym ok. Check in and out very quick and without issues. The services crew was very nice and friedly. usually we always missed towels we are four person which wasnt a surprise a reservation but no hotel /motel had the right number of towels and I search 3ßmin always for my towels so that all members of my family have their own towel . Here I said this and the services ladies provided without any issues. Thanks.

I came in late so I wasn't able to use the airport shuttle but it was super easy to access and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had eggs and sausage so it was much better to me than muffins and cereal. Will stay here on my next trip.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. I had no problems with my room. Everything was clean and up to date. It was in a good spot by the airport. The check in process was smooth. I would recommend to a friend.
