A little prep work but 90 percent was done by myself with a little help on the center section. All done in a little more than an hour. Looks great and has cut down on road noise but not a lot, let's face it, it's a Jeep! It does look great and I definitely recommend it! It is well made, relatively easy to install and makes a difference on the amount of heated that radiates down from the top. It is summer right now so I don't have a review on cold. It also made a difference on sound level inside, quieter and not so much echo. I would say the stereo sounds better as well. A couple words of caution. Test fit before you peel back the tape, you only get one chance. When installing the middle section the instructions say to drop the sound bar.
