We have partnered with Choice Rehab, a trusted rehabilitation provider in East Texas, to handle our patients’ therapy needs. Therapy services include the latest modalities to improve our residents’ pain management and function.

Our dedicated short term care team will design and implement a treatment plan to help you attain the highest level of function prior to your return home. Respiratory and Cardiac management services are offered by our nursing and therapy staff. We provide customized plans to help with recovery and return to your prior level of functioning.
