Unfortunately we were unable to find another flight in such short notice. So the vacation that we wanted to take we could not. The cherry on top of this horrible experience is the hotel not refunding our money for a stay that we were not able to attend. We keep getting emails of how we liked our stay, they did not even know we were not there!!!!! I have contacted the hotel and Travelocity yet to get a refund for over 3 thousand dollars.
