I use the App regularly and I am generally satisfied but the only complaint is the message application. You will never get a reply. And the mortgage department doesn’t post payments in a business like tempo. May have to wait 4-5 days to see the funds that were removed from your account posted to your mortgage. Very frustrating!
Mobile Deposit still doesn’t work half the time
Been doing mobile deposit for over a year and complaining from the very beginning about it not working. I either have to take a thousand pictures from different angles and lighting, or it doesn’t work at all. Called countless times about it and always I’m told it’s something wrong with the check even though when I take it in to deposit in person no one can tell me what’s wrong with it 🤷♀️ the app always just says the front or back picture can’t be processed despite the photos NEVER being blurry and always in the frame they provide or closer. And yes, I always endorse it on the back and check the box. I love Robins but this needs fixed, I’m sick of having to drive 45 minutes just to spend 5 minutes to deposit a check.
Timeout Flaw
So I’m in the middle of reviewing my accounts and doing some mental budgeting and I get a notification saying that I’m going to be logged out whether I want it to or not. Eventually, it decides to log me out anyway, despite what I was doing. This is very annoying and needs to be fixed. I think it does it on the website as well. The time out needs to be longer. I don’t even think it’s 5 minutes, whatever it is, it is a ridiculously short amount of time.
Also, the balance needs be larger on the account details page. And there should a current balance and an available balance.

All of a sudden, unusable. Trash this recent update, or fix it please. I would have rated 5 stars before this update. Now, I can't even use it. continuous loading, only without the loading. *** Update: Even after a new update, supposedly fixed login issue, it's still not fixed. I still can't use it. It used to be an excellent app, used it every day for several years. Now, it is not usable. I will go to a 5 star review if this issue is fixed.

Horrible glitches! Literally the most infuriating glitch with the menu where it closes and forces you to select a different menu option as soon as you touch the screen. I would love to leave this bank due to how frustrating the app is! I have attempted to contact the web administrator regarding this. They advised me to clear the cache and that created more glitches and did not correct the problem. If you can avoid this app I would very much recommend that!

The app can use some improvements. It sometimes dosen't connect. Some transactions don't show up. This makes your available balance be wrong, causing you to overdraft your account. As of today I can't login to my account. It keeps telling me to go to my play store and update. When I do it says last update was 1/26/21. Why do I need an update so soon???? Mind you the play store app keeps buffering saying pending!!!😡😡😡😡
