Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities The outdoor facilities are very good, lovely pool areas, fire pits around the lake, gas bbq’s (cleaned daily) for anyone to use, plus activities and entertainment for all ages and interests is abundant. Rooms are a generous size and all areas of the resort are spotlessly clean. Staff are helpful and very friendly. Only one decent place to eat - the Wakoona bar and grill at the main pool which
is good for good and drinks, plus regular live music, but watch out as it can close early without notice if there aren’t many people around the pool. The food offering - breakfast and snacks at the main reception we found to be expensive and very poor quality. Conveniently located between Disney and universal parks, plus a Benihana on-site. Great Location, The suite was super clean, fully renovated and spacious. Really friendly and helpful staff. We loved the pools and water slides. We would love to come back to this property in the future. Great experience for us.

entry it was apparent the floors had not been cleaned. Every time you walked in the unit without shoes your feet or socks were black. The bbq’s could not be lit without calling for someone to do it for you and who wants to wait a half hour for someone to show up? When you called the phone rang and rang so it’s obvious there is not enough staff! The location was great, close to everything in the area. Ample a parking , pool area was nice and food at pool bar was hot and large portions.

Very nice guest relations at check in and good food amenities if you don't feel like leaving the property. The condo itself had some issues including a broken sliding glass door which was disappointing as we came from Michigan to get as much Florida weather as
we could but could not open the door. Also two of the lights in the condo were not working. The bars at the property were convenient but staff was very slow. At the pool bar, only one bartender and he took 35 minutes just to get our drink order. Spoke to the Food & Beverage Manager to let him know several guests were very upset in line. Manager assured us another bartender would be down to help but this was never the case. Overall, the stay was still pleasant but will look for other
accommodations for our next stay in Florida. Stayed 6 nights in Mar 20223/5 Okay
