I Have an Issue With My Package Delivery

If you have a lost package or it's damaged, we'll investigate, If we can’t find it, we’ll issue a claim.

Your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it.
It’s been several days since your package was scanned and it is late.

1. Simply head to our tracking application and enter your tracking number. You can track up to 25 parcels at once.

You can recognise a tracking number easily. It always starts with 1Z and is composed of 25 characters in total.

2. If you are already signed up with a User ID, tracking is also available under the personalised dashboard. Simply log into your dashboard to see a quick overview of your last 10 shipments or detailed tracking information with the latest status of your parcels.

You can also set-up tracking alerts to keep a close eye on the progress of your delivery. If you’re on the move you can opt for SMS notifications.

Looks like our first delivery or pickup attempt was unsuccessful. Your driver left a delivery notice to let you know that was their first attempt.

Now What?

Check the boxes on the delivery notice. They’ll tell you the status of your shipment and if we’re able to try delivering or picking up again.

Can I track a package with a tracking number?

Enter the USPS tracking number (to find it, simply look at the bottom of a shipping label) in the search bar; do not include any dashes or spaces. Click on “Check Status”. View the scan history and status information of your package.

How can I track for UPS with tracking number?

Log into ups.com account to view up to 75 of your most recently tracked shipments. You can store up to 50 tracking numbers in your Tracking History table for easy access. This is also the place to add or change a shipment description for a quick, at-a-glance reference.

How do you find exactly where my UPS package is?

To track UPS packages using a reference number, go to the UPS homepage and choose the “Track by Reference” option. Enter your reference number in the Shipment Reference field, describe whether your shipment is package or freight, select your shipping dates, and click the Track button.

Can I track a package by address?

While there is no such option as USPS tracking by address, you may use the Informed Delivery service as an alternative way to receive the tracking information.
