I was pleased with my service until they wouldn’t take no for an answer. They gave me everything I asked for but in the end I just couldn’t make the numbers work for me. Had to deal with phone calls from them for the next two days. Every new car dealer advertises no pressure shopping, but it’s far from it.

Dealership was clean and professional. However, after sitting down with a rep they immediately marked the car up $4000 for "dealership refurbishment cost." Felt a lot like a bait-and-switch. Car was probably worth the higher value, but they shouldn't have a fake lower price on their website.

Did credit application, sent in all bank/income information, constantly reached out to salesman who was creating the deal. I was completely ghosted once all my information was sent in. Couldn't get in touch with the salesman, the sales manager wouldn't return any phone calls. They shipped the vehicle to a different dealer and increased the price almost $4k. No reason for a dealership to completely vanish on a customer that was ready to buy.
