Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of chai tea concentrate
- 1/2 Cup of Cold Milk
Pumpkin Cold Foam
- 3 TB of Heavy Cream
- 2 TB of Pumpkin Puree
Instructions
- In a cup filled 2/3 full of ice, add the milk and chai tea. Stir to combine.
- In a blender, add the cream and pumpkin and blend until foam forms.
- Top the chai tea with the foam and garnish with nutmeg, cinnamon or pumpkin spice.
