'View Property Tax Notices' digital service. Only the owner of the property is able to view bills and notices relating to the property. If you are no longer the property owner, you will not be able to view any bills or notices relating to
the property. If you are not using my TaxPortal, you can request a copy of your tax bill or Statement of Account. Search fees and document fees may apply. Once IRAS replies you on the amount of search fees payable, please proceed with your payment via Internet Banking Fund Transfer. Request for Property Tax Bill for Year 2021) under the “Beneficiary Reference/Purpose of Payment/ Remittance information/ Payment Details” field to avoid delay in the processing of the payment. Once IRAS receives your payment, we will release the documents via email to you. Most taxpayers should receive their tax bills (Notice of Assessment) for the Year of Assessment 2022 from end Apr 2022 onwards. As IRAS sends out tax bills (digital or paper format) in batches, some taxpayers may receive them earlier than others. If you have updated your mobile number/email address with IRAS, you will receive an SMS/email notification once your tax bill is finalised and ready for viewing online. Please check your tax bill when you receive it. If you disagree with the tax assessment, please file an amendment within 30 days from the date of the tax bill.
