Obtain your statement of account, bill or valuation notice by logging in to mytax.iras.gov.sg.

Statement of Account (SOA)

You can view and print your Statement of Account (SOA) online by following the steps: 

  1. Log in to myTax.iras.gov.sg with your Singpass .
  2. Select 'Account'.
  3. Select 'View Account Summary'.
  4. To view your tax account details, click on 'View Details'.
  5. Scroll to Statement of Account, click on 'Download'.

Bills and Notices

To view your Bills and Notices for the past 3 years, you can use our 'View Property Tax Notices' digital service.

Only the owner of the property is able to view bills and notices relating to the property. If you are no longer the property owner, you will not be able to view any bills or notices relating to the property.

Taxpayer & Business Service Centre at Revenue House

If you are not using my TaxPortal, you can request a copy of your tax bill or Statement of Account. Search fees and document fees may apply.

Visit us at the Taxpayer & Business Service Centre at Revenue House or ask a representative to get the documents on your behalf.

If you send a representative, he/ she needs to bring the following:

  1. An authorisation letter from you that includes your full name, NRIC number and signature, your representative's full name and NRIC number, and a description of the documents needed;
  2. Your original NRIC; and
  3. Your representative's original NRIC.

Please indicate your full name and purpose (e.g. David Tan. Request for Property Tax Bill for Year 2021) under the “Beneficiary Reference/Purpose of Payment/ Remittance information/ Payment Details” field to avoid delay in the processing of the payment.

Once IRAS receives your payment, we will release the documents via email to you.

Most taxpayers should receive their tax bills (Notice of Assessment) for the Year of Assessment 2022 from end Apr 2022 onwards. As IRAS sends out tax bills (digital or paper format) in batches, some taxpayers may receive them earlier than others.

If you have updated your mobile number/email address with IRAS, you will receive an SMS/email notification once your tax bill is finalised and ready for viewing online.

Please check your tax bill when you receive it. If you disagree with the tax assessment, please file an amendment within 30 days from the date of the tax bill. Find out how to make changes to your tax assessment.

For previous years’ tax bills, visit myTax Portal to view or print a copy. Alternatively, you may visit Revenue House in person to obtain them. Please note that search fees and document fees will apply.

Tax bills available at myTax Portal

If you have WinZip®, Adobe Acrobat Reader or other similar programs, you can view or print the tax bills for the current Year of Assessment and the last 3 years from myTax Portal as follows:

  1. Log in using your Singpass/Singpass Foreign user Account (SFA).
  2. Click on 'Notices' > 'Individual' > 'View Individual Tax Notices'.

Tax bills not available at myTax Portal

For tax bills that are not available at myTax Portal, you may request for a copy of your tax bill (up to 7 back years, subject to availability) via Live Chat. Search fees and document fees will apply.

If you would like to collect them from the Taxpayer & Business Service Centre at Revenue House, please make an appointment online at least 2 working days in advance.

If you send a representative, he/she needs to bring:

  1. An authorisation letter (DOC, 33KB) from you that includes:
    • Your full name
    • Your NRIC number/FIN
    • Your signature
    • Your representative's full name
    • Your representative’s NRIC number/FIN
    • A description of the documents needed
  2. Your original NRIC/FIN (if not available, please provide a scanned copy of your passport); and
  3. Your representative's original NRIC/FIN.
