I never had wifi problems until I did the latest iOS upgrade. That must be the problem. And resetting didn’t help.

I’m having the same issue. When I go into settings my WiFi is turned off and when I try to swipe it to on, nothing happens.

Are you using an MDM device? Have you force restarted the device? Have you tried to go to settings>general>reset>reset network settings? Do you have restrictions set?

I have force restarted. It worked yesterday briefly but then the phone restarted again automatically and restarting hasn’t worked since. I’ve also reset network settings with no luck. Not sure what an MDM device is.

I'm having the same issue. I tried doing a factory reset and my button is still greyed out. I have an iphone 8+ purchased directly from apple within the year.

Try going to settings>general>reset>reset all settings (this does not delete data)

Most times that being grayed out means there is damage of some sort to the wifi antenna. Restoring to factory settings and setting up as new is a way to eliminate it being a software issue.
