Pros:I loved how green they are, the bed was very comfortable, plenty of channels on the tv, breakfast/room service, got to check in 3 hours before. Show Cons:The ice machine was out of order our entire stay. The parking meter was not working our entire stay. Balconies are a bit close to each other but you learn to look past it. Location! Close to the airport, sea port and zoo. Hotel is beautiful. Tried calling front desk several times but kept getting hung up on. Check in time was pretty long already so we didn’t want to head downstairs again if there was no need to. Ended up having to go down anyway, waited a little while again. Got upgraded to another room which was ok, rooms aren’t spectacular but not bad. They forgot to transfer the parking we paid for to the new key so we had to go back for a third time to get it fixed. The property is LARGE so we did a lot of walking back and forth. Parking is very very limited in the evenings so having to move our car once we had found a spot was a hassle. It would’ve been nice if the upgraded room had a microwave but it didn’t and the balconies are very close to one another, someone can literally hop over to your room from another room.
