Every single time I use it it stops sucking after 5 minutes. I waste an hour trying to get it to suck again. Then I have wet carpet waiting for my husband to get home until he spends an hour trying to get it it suck. I would never buy another one. Purchased in March 2022 at Harvey Norman.

I used the cleaner on my beige woollen rug that my dog had destroyed and it came out very clean. I took off one star because it does use a lot of product but you can purchase cheaper cleaning products to do the job. I’ve attached some before and after pics. The last two are the after.

Just wow. This thing is fantastic. Having two elderly cats comes with a lot of mess that requires frequent carpet washing. I have the spot clean and I thought that was good but it doesn’t compare to this! Purchased in September 2022 at The Good Guys for $529.

The wheels fell off just after warranty. I emailed for replacement wheels and we were told we had to call We rang for replacement wheels and were told they would need to call us back as they needed a team leader to "set up payment system" no call back. We rang again a week and went through same thing. I emailed again and am repeatedly told they tried to call both myself and my husband and yet we received no calls. The parts are not available in Australia on their website or any others so can only buy through them Will never buy another Bissell product. Purchased in March 2020 for $650.

Compare all Absolutely terrible product, stopped working after just a few uses and Bissell refuse to give warranty because I purchased from Appliances Online who they say is not an authorized seller. Avoid Bissell at all costs!!! Purchased in November 2021 at Appliances Online for $547.

I now have a $600 paperweight because of a $2 part. They refuse to get anyone in Australia to contact you or even respond to your requests or emails etc. The unit was great before it broke but would never buy bissell again. Currently awaiting a response from ACCC amd Vcat. Purchased in December 2019 at The Good Guys for $569.

It helped a bit but didn’t really get the job done. A week later this arrived, and even with very old stains and that stale urine, blood from a kid’s nosebleed and months on mud from all the rain, carpets came up almost new. It’s very satisfying to see the dirt lifted through the clear head, easy to clean (around 3 to 5 mins to deep clean the Bissell) and it works quickly on the carpet. Wish I’d bought it years ago. Purchased in April 2022 at The Good Guys for $549.

Had this vacuum for about three years and all of a sudden the motor sounds like its bearings are gone (very loud). Looking into the guts it appears that moisture has made the motor/rotor/fan rust really badly and at a guess the bearings are totally shot as well. Stainless steel would have been a wiser choice of material for these parts considering there is moist air flowing through those parts constantly. Worked really well up until that happened. Should have lasted much longer than that for the price. Purchased in August 2019 at The Good Guys for $700.

Used about six times, leaking under the clean water tank, contacted bissell they are based in the phillipines, she asked me to take a video and photos, asked me to plug in the machine it tripped the safety switch, the machine is still in warranty but you have to send back to Melbourne, has taken a week emailing and ringing back and forth and no label sent yet, there site lists service centres but you cant send the machine there as you will be charged, the service centres are for after warranty servicing, at this point still waiting for a label to send machine to victoria. Not worth the trouble avoid bissell Purchased in November 2020 at The Good Guys Online store for $595.

Cannot contact Bissell australia ... calls are diverted to USA. Was told, after long wait, part is not available, even tho is listed in parts list. Very bad service. Compare all Brooke B.Central Highlands and Goldfields, VIC After owning a Bissell for 9 years my Mum decided to upgrade, well the carpet shampooer works great, but the upgraded upholstery attachment is the worst ever. The first machine wouldn't prime for the upholstery attachment to work, when the cleaning solution did come through it was a mere dribble. So she took that machine back and exchanged it, 2nd machine worked fine for an hour then, same thing the upholstery attachment wouldn't prime nor work. The older style Bisells worked great, so disappointing this new model. Not worth the hassle. Purchased in September 2021 for $560.
