1 King Bed | Sleeps 2 1 Family Rude staff By Mohamed on Nov 9, 2022 5 Everyone Stayed one night and it was great. It was my first time staying in a hotel in NYC. I was a little worried because of all the negative reviews I read on here, but I didn’t experience any of those bad things. It was a pleasant stay. The heat in my room worked, my room was clean, the elevator worked, and the wait time for the elevator was very fast, and wasn’t long at all, the lobby is crowded but I guess that’s like everywhere else in NYC? The area around the hotel was safe and close to the Amtrak train station and restaurants and other attractions. I was also surprised how quiet the hotel was. I didn’t hear any outside noise and I even had the window open. The walls are a bit thin, you do hear people when they are outside of their rooms in the hallway and I heard someone in the room next to me snoring but it wasn’t disruptive at all. Overall it was a very pleasant one night stay. By Manuela on Nov 3, 2022 4 Everyone Very clean and up to date. Friendly and helpful staff. In an excellent location for an easy walk to broadway shows and Times Square. No double tree cookie :/ but overall amazing stay. Would definitely return. By Aimee on Jul 17, 2022 2 Everyone By Jeffrey on Feb 27, 2022 2 Everyone Amazing staff everyone was so accommodating loved the front desk associates and also the front desk manager the only problem was I didn’t have heat until the last night of my stay and it was a snow storm so it was extremely cold By Kayla on Jan 10, 2022 4 Partner Couples The staff was always helpful and friendly. The room was mostly clean with a few things that weren't but wasn't a big deal to us. By Jeff on Jan 3, 2022 2 Friends Convenient location, room was worn, broken toilet paper holder and towel holder meant that those items kept falling to the ground. Shower door was difficult to close, door had to be lifted to close so that water would not flood the bathroom floor. By Jerus on Nov 1, 2021 4 Friends Great location, quiet and clean room. However, not fun being woken up at 10am both mornings I was there by housekeeping! Check out is 12pm, and there wasn't a "do not disturb" sign to put on the door. By Georgia on Oct 1, 2021 4 Everyone Unique location and newer rooms. Hotel was very busy and long waits for elevators sometimes. Housekeeping does OK job, but is only on request.
