4 out of 5 Hotel was as nice as it was two years ago when I stayed there. I had requested that the shower soap be filled in my room. it was empty. I thought as they would be coming to fill the soap I would tie up the trash and put my dirty towels on the floor in front of the door in the bathroom so they could take them when they came. I returned to my room later to find the soap filled and the towels and trash still on the floor. They would have had to step over them to get to the tub. I only wish they cleaned my room faster. It would take most of the day for anyone to come and clean my room. I think my sheets and blankets weren't changed either, but instead they just made the bed. Also, housekeeping didn't vacuum my room at all. There still was crumbs on the ground. I however, enjoy the breakfast they provided in the morning.
