Air Fryer Meatloaf Ingredients

  • ground beef
  • herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • eggs
  • ketchup, or tomato sauce
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • dried oregano
  • water
  • cooking spray

I use a special blend of seasonings and stuffing mix for my air fryer meatloaf. However, you can customize the meatloaf to be more like your favorite homemade meatloaf if you prefer.

Keep the size to 1 pound of beef and at least 6 ounces of breading filler (such as the stuffing mix used in this recipe) to ensure your loaf will be the correct size for an air fryer.

A great choice for an alternative to this meatloaf recipe is to use my keto meatloaf recipe, complete with its own keto glaze and seasoning. It is so delicious!
