How do I get a new Chime card?

You can request a replacement card in the app if your card is lost or stolen. First, make sure your mailing address is up to date under Settings > Personal Information..
Go to Settings..
Scroll to the card you want to replace..
Tap Replace your Card and follow the prompts..
