For most Mobile Check Deposits, funds will become available in your account after the file is processed by the Credit Union. Mobile Check Deposits are posted to member accounts twice per day. Funds could be deposited into your account the same day if your mobile check deposit is made prior to 3pm on a regular business day. If your mobile check deposit is made after 3pm, it will not be processed until after 8:30am the following business day. All checks are reviewed for accuracy and will not be processed on weekends or holidays. The back of the check must be signed and include the following statement: "For Mobile Deposit Only ServU FCU." All checks are subject to a hold at the discretion of the Credit Union. In this case, funds may show as deposited into your account, but the funds will not show as available. Tips for taking a good photo: ServU does not charge a fee for using Mobile Check Deposit, however your wireless carrier may charge data/text messaging fees. Some account types may not qualify for Mobile Check Deposit. These include business, organization, and association accounts, accounts with delinquent loans or negative balances, and minor accounts without teen share draft or teen debit

How soon are funds available after mobile deposit?Unless a hold is placed, deposits on a business day before cutoff time will be processed that night and are generally available the next business day.
How long does FirstBank mobile deposit take?Our policy is to make funds from your cash and check deposits, including check deposits made by Mobile Deposit, available to you on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit.
Are mobile deposits available same day?Funds will generally be made available the same day if deposited on a business day before 8:00 PM. The daily deposit limit is $5,000 per account. For peace of mind, you'll receive an email when you deposit the check AND when the funds are available in your account.
How do I use mobile deposit Service Credit Union?If you haven't done so already, sign up for online banking and download the Service CU mobile app. Open the app and find the “Check Deposit” option at the bottom of your screen. Indorse the back of your check with your signature and either check the box stating “mobile deposit only,” or write it in.
