Our Orthopedic Pillow Top model features superior support and durability. It is built with our best offset innerspring system and has a two-sided EuroTop design. High-quality, stitched cotton padding and approximately 2.5 inches of foam per side create a medium feel. Handles allow you to flip and turn this mattress with ease. The matching, real-working box spring is 8 inches high and features more wire and an additional wood slat for superior support and shock absorption to help extend the life of the mattress. Full and queen-size split box springs are available

All king and California king sets come with a two-piece split box spring.

1. TOP QUILT: This open quilt pattern helps to give this mattress a medium feel. The top quilt features damask fabric quilted to a 0.9 oz/ft² fiber and 1-inch super-soft foam.

2. COMFORT LAYERS: A 1-inch super-soft foam topper, two layers of .25-inch foam and a heavy-weight stitched cotton pad offer a medium feel while also providing breathable comfort.

3. SUPPORT SYSTEM: Our highest-quality innerspring offers superior support and durability and features a 400-count (full), six-turn, 12.75-gauge, knotted offset coil and a 6-gauge border rod for edge-to-edge support for premium relief. It is manufactured exclusively for OMF.

4. ORTHOPEDIC BOX SPRING: This box spring features a heavy-duty wood frame that is hand built by our Amish partners exclusively for OMF. It features 60% more lumber than the semi-flex box spring frames used by mainstream brands. The four-fold modular design has more wire and an extra fold to provide our highest-quality shock absorption and durability.
